To build relationships, we facilitate a heart space focused 1 on 1 coaching program developed around the behaviours and relationships that the participant has identified and is committed to transforming
Through this journey, the participant is challenged to incrementally and cumulatively commit to activities and actions that shift mindset and behaviours, enabling the participant to build relationships that start from the heart space before moving to the brain space
