BUILD RESILIENCE THROUGH MINDFULNESS

Strengths-based mindfulness program designed to support individuals perceive opportunities, adapt and grow in their professional and personal life (following the Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training protocol).
 
Relationship-focused programs coached over 12- 16 sessions.​ Each 1hr session is based on incremental and cumulative activities to support the leader on that person's journey.

LEVEL UP TEAM ENGAGEMENT

Deep impact participant-led team engagement programs facilitated over 8 - 12 sessions. Participants are curated and should be members of a team working towards a common purpose. ​Each 1 - 1.5hr session is based on incremental and cumulative activities to support the participants on their journey.
